Grain Free Wraps
It’s back to school and the daily grind over here, and we needed something new and different for lunches. I’ve been working on this grain free wraps recipe and really like how they turned out. They’re great alternative to the regular sandwich. You can even use the wraps as a crepe and add some fruit, or some savory ingredients too.
Grain Free Wraps Recipe

2 T. Tapioca Flour
2 T. Avocado oil, olive oil or coconut oil
2 Eggs
1/8 tsp. Sea salt
1/4 C Water
Whisk all ingredient together until smooth.
Let stand for about 30 minutes.
Put frying pan on medium heat, coat about 1 tsp. avocado oil on pan
Put 1/3 C mixture into center of pan and swirl until the batter spreads out and covers the entire bottom of pan.
Cook over medium heat until the top is firm. Flip and cook a few seconds.
Slide onto plate, and use parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together.
Fill them with your favorite fillings and enjoy : )
Leftover wraps can be refrigerated for about 3 days in a airtight container. You can also make batter ahead of time and store in a airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
